I tried to delete the harmony file to no avail. I did some more research and found that a Windows update is what was the problem. I had to go to “Programs and Features” and then to “View Installed Updates”. Find the update with the number (KB4056829) and uninstall it, then restart the computer. Everything came right up just fine afterwards. Thank you PLC Guru for your support, and maybe this will be helpful to others if the problem occurs to them.
