Also new here. Thank you James for posting this…I was completely stuck. I had the same problem as you did and reinstalling RSLinx, deleting harmony.rsh files, etc. didn’t solve it. Uninstalling that Windows update was what took care of it. I’ve sent in a feedback posting to Microsoft on the Feedback app…which probably amounts to blowing on an oil rig fire.
