    Shane –

I didn’t think your Windows version would be the issue.  I’ve had Studio 5000 on the laptop when it was Windows 10 Version 1703 and it’s made it through all the Windows 10 updates pretty much unscathed.

Post back and let us know how the WebRoot thing works out.  I’m really curious about it given my past experiences with that software.

Installing Webroot, Antivirus etc is all bad for Automation Software.

RSLinx no access to files – in Windows give yourself complete access tot he files – matter of fact clean the .rsh file and the other harmony file out and let it rebuild.

Always install your Software by right Click Run As Administrator!
I know you might already be logged in as Administrator .. but it is Windows and you are not ‘always’ installing as Administrator unless you right click and select Run As Administrator..
