Please tell me how to Program DPT flow signal to flow/ calculations in RSLogix5000?

As you can imagine, this is very difficult to answer with what little information you have provided. Please take the time to articulate your problem, this will give you the best chance of someone being able to help.
With that, computations in RSLogix 5000 are best handled using the “Compute” (CPT) instruction. Not sure if this is what you were asking, however, please take a look at this instruction.

Actually, I know about CPT, but I want to learn how to achieve flow reading from DPT attached to an orifice Plate in a Pipeline carrying Natural Gas or crude oil . Assuming we are recieving 4-20 mA from this DPT how do I program for flow reading in RSLogix5000.
