I have a need to Network a PC to a Mitsubishi switching Hub (nz2ehf-t8) for a remote PLC Program Download to a Q172DRCPU MITSUBISHI PLC
What is the procedure Pleas?

I’m a little confused and not familiar with the devices you specify. Are you suggesting that using this device is different than any other Ethernet/IP network that you would configure? If you want to know how to setup you PC to be on the same network as your PLC I’ve put together a short video to show you how to do that: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c92fSGM9NyE
Is this switch in fact a hub? These are two distinct and different devices. I don’t see why the network switch is important here.
