Karma: 0Rank: PadawanI believe I’ve discovered an problem with the PanelView 7 Standard when running firmware V10 ME.
The problem exist when using global objects with tag information stored in the PLC the OIT does not read the information stored in the PLC.
When I run the application on my computer or in a Panelview 7 performance the issue does not exist.
This seems to only be an issue with the V10 firmware upgrade for the panelview 7 standard, i use V9 firmware and create a V9.mer the issue does not exist.
I tried explaining this to rockwell tech support but could not explain it in a way that they fully grasp what the problem I am seeing is.
Anyone else run into this issue and know if there is a solution?

ParticipantKarma: 53Rank: PadawanI’ve not experienced your issue but I’m struggling with the OIT acronym…I’m guessing here…Operator Interface Terminal??? Interesting thread and potential bug, hopefully we can generate some activity around this!

Karma: 0Rank: PadawanOIT correct, on the acronym, would HMI (Human Machine Interface) work better? I’ve sent all this information to Rockwell along with the document we will see if that gets any traction.
