Hi guys.  Can the 5700s be “stacked”?  Little problem on site where we have 2 x 5700’s in different panels both with Cognex cameras on them and we’ve been told they need to be on the same subnet from our configuration PC that sits on top.  Thanks in advance with any suggestions.

Do you mean “stacked” in the Cisco Stacked Switch configuration?

If you just need the switches to be on the same subnet, the you can connect them together with a CAT 5/6 and configure their IP addresses to be on the same subnet.

If you need to have different subnets on each switch  (subnet A and subnet B) and a common subnet (subnet C) for the cameras, then you can use VLANs on the switches.
