Just wondering when I watched the PLCGuru Youtube Video on the Studio 5000 Emulate.
I believe this is a new emulator.
Does this emulator capable of simulating Analog IO?

KeymasterHi Marcelo and welcome to the forums!
Unfortunately no there is no direct support for Analog I/O. The best you can do is try to simulate it through logic, however, it’s definitely not ideal. I too would like to see Analog I/O support in their Emulator.

Is there any way to do so?
I read in some forum that they write a code or something after running the Emulator but dont really get it.

KeymasterHi Marcelo,
I recommend you check out my YouTube series on PID control using Studio 5000 and the Emulator. It’s a multi-part series that walk you through how to implement closed loop feedback using the PIDE instruction in Studio 5000 leveraging the Emulator.
The link to the YouTube playlist is: ControlLogix PID Essentials
Hope that helps!
