Viewing Multiple Routines at Once

Does anyone know of a way to view multiple RSLogix routines on two separate computer monitors? There must be some way to drag a routine from one monitor to another so i can view two at once.

Hi, I just tried it. There’s only a couple of ways. I used to split my screen back in the day. Anyway with multiple monitors one can open the program again. One version will be read only. You can edit the one and the changes will reflect on the other.

Someone else may know a better way but I just tried dragging the tabs over and it won’t do that. V.20.04

Yes, that’s one thing I really like about the new Studio 5000, the ability to drag and drop routines and displays on multiple monitors…long overdue!

wow this is great thank you. I just tried it with ver 30.02 and even though i had to open a copy i was able to make online edits in both and see them update in both.
